Every one of them thinks they are a lawyer authorised to litigate every call. For once, put down your arms and close your mouths. It is repulsive and slows down the game. Give that a whirl.
I don’t think you need a televised court, MLS just uses a neutral panel to review these calls and it seems to work fine despite proceedings not being televised. In fact FIFA already has such a panel that is empowered to hand out _additional_ discipline where warranted, they should just empower it to hear appeals too. It’s insane that an org raking in this much money and with so much on the line doesn’t already have a mechanism for appealing red card suspensions. (FWIW I believe MLS won’t allow appealing _yellow_ cards even if they lead to a suspension so there’s some precedence for the Olise decision also)
Don't hate the court idea, but courts are naturally slow as sides need to gather evidence, defend them, appeal, etc. There were 4 days to overturn the Balogun decision. I can't really see a way to do it in such a fast way.
Recently in F1 one of the teams (Alpine) lobbied against a 10 second penalty decision on account of a faulty measurement, it won, but still took a week to get there. Gasly's podium was reinstated but fans and other teams were upset even with the new evidence and the court-like process explaining their decision.
Even a "bans are suspended until the court can review it" policy would likely be gamed by member FAs.

Honestly... Supreme Court for FIFA doesn't even get to the level of silly. Look at the traction of real actual interntional courts....
Practical effort would be to attempt to reform / clean-up FIFA. FIFA is in the end a Swiss legal entity.
