I'm no doubt biased because having a long familiarity. The City is more urban, more multiethnic, less affluent, and has been closer to purple even in recent decades. There's even been a bunch of political border wars with the City’s neighbors. But the suburban and exurban population in that country kinda drowns the City effect, despite it being pretty sizable city in Wisconsin terms.
